A white Christmas

My white mood... (isn't it boring you yet?) Had to make some easy and quick cards, so used my Cuttlebug templates again, stacked them on top of each other, using foam blocks.
I think this image is sooooo adorable and didn't want to colour it. Instead, I used Ice and Diamond Stickles to accent the snow.
A red ribbon, a text stamp wishing you a lovely Christmas and a lovely card was born.

Materials:
Stamp ~ Whiff of Joy and text stamp
Colour medium ~ none
Stickles ~ Ice and Diamond
Ribbon ~ Kruidvat
Extra ~ Cuttlebug, three templates and foam blocks

WOYWW

Let's barge in... this is how my craft room looks after making a lot of cards.

This is my craft room from another angle. Still full and cluttered.

And these are the cards I made. Sorry for the bad quality, but I made the pictures in the dark.

Now I'm off to reherse for my dance show, but if you want to see a whole lot of other tidy and untidy desks, you can always go to Julia Dunnit's blog.

Have a happy WOYWW!

Greetz,
**Evi**

Another quick card.
I'm really into my 'totally white cards' mood. Never had great inspiration to work with the colour white, but it's amazing how versatile you can go with three templates and a Cuttlebug.
Like I said, I used three templates in my Cuttlebug and stacked them on top of each other with foam blocks. Stamped an image in gold (it says: happy holidays), went around the corners with some Diamond Stickles and 'decorated' the snowflakes with a pinch of Ice Stickles. Done.

Materials:
Stamp ~ Christmas sayings
Colour Medium ~ Gold Black Box ink
Extra ~ Cuttlebug, Ice Stickles and Diamond Stickles, foam blocks
Templates ~ Snowflakes, Big Circles and Dots

Inspiration from an inspiration blog

Are you frantically panicing because you still need to make a bunch of Christmas cards?
I did this one under half an hour! Very very easy with the right supplies.
I took an image, stamped it with Versamark and sprinkled it with gold embossing powder. Gently heated with my heat gun and no colouring involved. (trust me, this technique is soooo much quicker, but you need to pick out your stamp carefully).
Punched out a loooooot of snowflakes out of my Christmas Stack paper from MME and glued them around the circle on which I stamped my image.
The corners of the page are done with the same gold embossing technique.
A quick and easy card. If you simply change the image and the paper you punch, you get a totally different result.

Materials:
Stamp ~ euhm, forgot sorry!
Colour medium ~ Versamark, gold embossing powder and heat gun
Punches ~ both by Pipoos
Paper ~ Christmas Stack by MME

Have a jolly holiday

Dear dear diary, I've been a bad bad girl (~Pink ~)

Sorry for being such a verrrry bad blogger lately.

However, I've been very busy! Not just making cards, but schoolwork, dance projects, you name it!

Here are two cards with the same idea, but completely different.
I drew a circle for both cards, punched out a whole bunch of snowflakes and butterflies and stamped my image in the centre (but a little bit to the right).
Oh, I love all my butterfly punches. Never was a big fan of punches until I discovered all the possibilities!

I decorated the inside of the 'jolly' card too, but totally forgot to photograph it. Dôh!

Materials:
Stamps ~ from a fair, so no idea what brand
Colour medium ~ Copic Markers
Punches ~
° big butterfly: Martha Stewart
° Small butterflies: all Pipoos
° Big snowflakes: Marianne design
° Small snowflakes: Pipoos

That's it! Easy huh?

A boy's card

Someone asked me if I could make a card for a birthday of a man! Damn, we all dislike this cards, don't we? No use of flowers, butterfly and pretty pinks.
But... I realised I still had a bunch of left-overs and a very handsome Oakley that I ordered from Whiff of Joy and in no time my absolute all-time favourite man card came alive.
Punched out a few circles, a see-through button and some ribbon. Perrrrfect.
Hope you like it.

Materials:
Stamp ~ Whiff of Joy
Colour Medium ~ Copic Markers
Papers ~ MME
Punch ~ round circle from Pipoos
Extra's ~ Button from MME, buttons, distressed some edges
