Magnolia sweet

I really like these papers from MME, they are so versatile! And I'm really into pink these days. I bought this wonderfull stamp and thought this paper would be perfect. I also got some yummy scrap goods from My Whiff of Joy (my favourites!).
I also did some paper piecing again, because I love the effect it has on this stamp!

With this challenge I can enter the 'anything goes' challenge from the Magnolia challenge blog.
Man, I would LOOOOOVE to win that prize! I probably would need a bigger room then, because I can't store so much yummy stuff!!!

I also used a sketch from 'Sketch Saturday'. I really like how much different things there can be made with just one sketch. No card is the same! Go check out the wonderful creations of the DT over there!

I'm on a roll

At Stamptacular Sunday the challenge is to make a card with only shades of blue and white.
Mine is quite simple, but I loooooove the outcome.
I just love playing with shades of blue. It's sooooo my colour. LOL
Mind the flowers on the right upper side :)

Een nieuwe challenge op de website van Stamptacular Sunday waar je alleen maar tinten van blauw en wit mag gebruiken op je kaartje.
Mijn kaart is vrij simpel, maar ik vind m zoooo geslaagd.
Ik hou ervan om met blauw te spelen (aangezien het mijn lievelingskleur is). LOL.
Let ook eventjes op de bloem op de rechterbovenzijde :)

Dit is dan de kaart met de binnenkant, waar ik een gewone kaart mee heb gemaakt.
Ben er nog steeds trots op.
Ik heb de stempel niet ingekleurd, omdat ik dat zo wel bij de stijl vond passen.

This is the card with the inside, a made a normal card with.
I'm still proud of it.
I didn't colour the stamp, because I thought it fitted the style of the card.

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

Deze kaart maakte ik voor de Cute Card Thursday Challenge. Je mag er een kaart maken met iets dat je voor kerst hebt gekregen of voor jezelf hebt gekocht. Ik heb de Cuttlebug gekregen en het 'happy birthday' achtergrondje samen met de stempel voor mezelf gekocht.

I made this card for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge. You can make a card with anything you got over the holidays or that you bought for yourself. I got the Cuttlebug and I bought the 'happy birthday' background together with the stamp for myself.

Magnolia Stamp

Gisteren een Magnolia stempel gekocht. Ik kon niet wachten om hem uit te proberen! Hij is op basis van een schets, maar je zou hem er niet meer in herkennen! De 'Happy Birthday' achtergrond zocht ik al lang en heb hem door de Cuttlebug gedraaid.

Yesterday I bought a Magnolia Stamp. He's so cute that I couldn't wait to try it out! I made the card at base of a sketch, but you wouldn't recognize it any more! LOL. The 'Happy Birthday' background was something I was looking for quite some time nog and I used it with my Cuttlebug.

Sketch Saturday

Op de site van Sketch Saturday (http://sketchsaturday.blogspot.com) kan je kiezen uit de 30 sketchen om een kaartje te maken. Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van sketch #27.
Het stuk dat ik geëmbost heb, is met de cuttlebug gemaakt. Het onderste stukje moest normaal vierkant zijn, maar ik vond rond mooier staan :)

At the site from Sketch Saturday you could choose out of 30 sketches to make a card. I used sketch # 27.
The piece I embossed, was done with the cuttlebug. The piece on the bottom should be a square, but I thought a circle was more appropiate :)
